Just updated the Owncloud Client on one of my OpenSuSE boxes to 1.5.1 and got the dreaded "failed to initialize sync journal" error when starting up.
A look online reveals nothing for OpenSuSe specifically but notes that the error has occurred before, for example on a MacOSX build. However, an actual solution is short on the ground though it does hint at dependency problems in the build.
Sure enough, if I go into YAST Software Management in install libqt4-sql-sqlite then everything starts to work fine.
